A three-phase plan
The Chapel
Phase 1 - Chapel Addition
The worship experience in the chapel is truly awe-inspiring. It's a place where the distractions of the world fade away, allowing us to hear God's voice more clearly. We aim to align the interior of the chapel with its rustic exterior by removing the paneling and showcasing the logs. By upgrading the audio-visual technology and adding an interior/exterior stage, the chapel will be well-equipped to serve our campers and speakers for years to come.
Staff Housing
Phase 2 - Staff Housing
As we expand our year-round staff we have realized that our current housing options cannot support the year-round staff needed to take Elkanah into the future.
The Living Room
Phase 3 - The Camp Living Room
We believe the center of camp should be the hub of activity. Currently, bathroom is located in the center of camp. Our goal is to give campers and staff a safe and comfortable place to grab coffee with a friend and hang out. This building will be the camp living room, a place to hang out and connect with family and friends. This building will also provide needed housing options for our seasonal staff—a private comfortable place to relax after a day of service.
